A digital album is $10.00 plus tax where tax applies. After payment processing, the net income is divided into six equal slices — Kaleidicloud takes exactly one of them. Merch and box sets are separate: the seller keeps the sale minus a flat 3% Kaleidicloud service fee.

EnterArtists retain ownership of their music and their underlying rights. Joining Goldensounds does not transfer a creator's copyright, master ownership, writing credit, or other music rights unless a separate agreement expressly says so.
Within Goldensounds, “creative sovereignty” means Kaleidicloud retains the final platform-level authority to veto a music decision or direction and may pause, reject, remove, or end any creative project on the site for any reason. A creator's ownership of their music does not remove Kaleidicloud's authority over what the platform hosts, develops, distributes, funds, or associates with Goldensounds.
Ending a project does not itself transfer a user's music rights to Kaleidicloud. Payment, refund, contributor-credit, delivery, and distribution obligations already accepted by the parties remain governed by the applicable project agreement and platform terms.
On every Goldensounds project, the Creator keeps ownership of their music, while Kaleidicloud retains creative sovereignty and final veto authority over projects hosted or developed on the platform. The net income from a project is divided into six slices — the creator sets the proportions and any per-role bonuses at the start of the project, and the terms are visible to every collaborator before they sign on.

Investor and collaborator shares recalculate as new Green investors join and as other-color contributors are added, exactly like the Kaleidicloud project pool. The creator's opening terms govern financial participation; a majority of shareholders (by percentage) can vote to change them later, but no vote overrides Kaleidicloud's creative-sovereignty veto or its authority to end a project.
